Each person assigns R/A/C/I values per role and activity independently.
See everyone's answers side-by-side and identify where people agree or diverge.
The person (or people) who do the work. Every task must have at least one R. Multiple Rs mean shared execution — but too many can cause confusion about who leads.
The single person who is ultimately answerable for the outcome. They approve the work and are on the hook if it doesn't happen. There must be exactly one A per activity.
People whose input is sought before decisions are made. This is a two-way conversation — their feedback must be considered. Overusing C slows things down; be selective.
People who are kept up to date on progress or decisions, but not involved in making them. One-way communication only. Use I when someone needs visibility but not a voice.
